Under Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016, we process submitted records strictly with your explicit consent. These datasets are processed exclusively to compile procurement audits, compare mill factory pricing, and draft commercial trade proposals on your behalf.
To prevent data leakage, uploaded BOQs and trade files are secured in encrypted cloud buckets and permanently wiped from our active cache systems after 90 days, unless a formalized procurement supply agreement is executed.
